Dean Douglas, President and CEO Westcon Group Dean joined Westcon Group in June 2008. Prior to joining Westcon Group, Dean was Chief Executive Officer of LCC International, the worldwide wireless service provider engineering services firm. Dean has also held global executive roles at both IBM and Motorola. During his career he has been based in the US, Europe and Asia. Responsibilities have included sales, strategy, marketing, worldwide business development and corporate development in addition to general management roles. |

Ron Myers, Senior Vice President Global Channels Polycom Ron Myers joined Polycom in 2009 as vice president U.S. channels. Myers is now senior vice president of Global Channels. In this role, he is responsible for program and policy development, partner models, go-to-market strategies, and marketing initiatives to support Polycom’s partners. Myers is an industry veteran with a long heritage in managing direct and indirect sales, channel and partner communities as well as marketing. |
